Cinco's Immune Boosting Protocol

It is the belief of the author that the only real cure for most degenerative issues is your immune system itself. This protocol is intended for immune system support.

The information on this page is based on what we learned mostly in 2010 when Dirk’s father (Cinco) was struggling with leukemia. To read the story of how we came by it, and what transpired with Cinco, check out the Bonus Chapter of our book.

Here’s the Cinco Protocol, basically in order of importance, with some things that we’ve learned since 2010 added for additional support:

ALKALINE, IONIZED WATER

Your body is 70% water. Arguably, nothing impacts it more than the water you drink. Alkaline, ionzed water is strongly recommended for you to drink while dealing with your issue. One ounce or more per pound of body weight per day will lead to the best results. It is very important that the water be as fresh out of a high quality water ionizer as possible. The water’s powerful properties are much stronger within the first few minutes of being made.

Ionized water is highly alkaline, super-antioxidant, and micro-clustered for better cell penetration which hydrates you much better, as well as being a great detoxification agent. With the amount you should drink in a day, there is no other source of antioxidants that comes anywhere near ionized water. By far, the most dramatic testimonials I've either heard or personally experienced that are related to any single thing mentioned on this page are the ones about ionized water.

You want your body to be alkaline, not acidic. Acidic bodies are very susceptible to disease, whereas alkaline bodies are not. Try to drink half of your water for the day during your first four hours of being awake. If you absolutely can't pull off the purchase of a water ionizer, in the very least I encourage you to follow one of our other recommendations for alkaline water that we mention in our A to Z Wellness Guide.

VEGETABLE JUICING

Juicing is critical. Raw, fresh vegetable juicing. I recommend a minimum of two 8 oz. glasses daily, but more is better. You probably can’t overdo it here. Go heavy on leafy greens in the following order of importance: beet greens, wheatgrass, dandelion greens, kale, mustard greens, collard greens. Beets and beet greens are great at cleansing the blood. Cilantro and parsley are excellent for detoxing metals. Go lighter on carrots and Granny Smith apples, but you can also mix it up by adding lots of other veggies like cucumber, celery, bell peppers, broccoli, arugula, Swiss chard, etc. on a rotating basis.

I recommend you juice veggies and not fruit (except for a small amount of Granny Smith apples). Avoid fruits for now, though, because of the high amount of sugar in them. Even natural sugars in fruits should be largely avoided until your issue is gone. Yes, the greens are bitter, so some of the sweet stuff like carrots, beets and Granny Smith apples will help make it more palatable. Just don’t overdo it on the sweets and try to allow your palate to adjust to increasingly “green” tasting juices.

When it comes to types of juicers, masticating types are better than centrifugal. The best one on the market is a hydraulic press juicer called the Norwalk. With everything else on this protocol, an Omega 8004 masticating juicer is sufficient. It’s affordable and really easy to clean.

Also study the Gerson Therapy if you are not familiar with it. This Cinco protocol basically starts with the Gerson Therapy and adds other components. I highly recommend you view all of the videos on the Gerson website, especially Food Matters. PLANT ENZYMES

Plant Enzymes are highly recommended to aide with digestion and to help get the most nutrients out of your food. Take 2 to 4 of these about 30 seconds before eating anything other than raw vegetables. You can also take plant enzymes even if you’ve already finished eating or when you’re not eating food, but you definitely will want to take them just before eating anything that isn’t a raw vegetable, as mentioned.

PLANT-BASED DIET

Another key component to the protocol is consuming a totally plant-based diet, eating no animal products whatsoever. That means no beef, chicken, turkey, pork, fish, lamb, venison, dairy, eggs, etc. Nada. This is very, very important. Remember, you want your body to be alkaline, and all animal proteins cause high acidity in the body. For protein, I recommend you eat avocados, lentils, beans, raw nuts, leafy greens. Juicing leafy greens, as recommended above, also provides a lot of protein. According to the book The China Study and other reputable sources, most people get way more protein than they need anyway. Do eat as many raw vegetables as possible and as few processed foods as possible. Minimize starches and grains and avoid sugar at all costs.

Sweeteners

For sweeteners, try to stick with 100% pure organic stevia like the KAL, NOW or Pyure brands. Not all options from those brands are organic or only contain stevia, though, so read the label carefully. There is actually a protocol for using a particular type of stevia topically to treat skin cancer, described in a book called The Miracle of Stevia.

Salt

Limit salt intake as much as possible and only use Himalayan salt or Real Salt®.

Organic, Non-GMO Foods

Try to buy only organic or at least Non-GMO Project certified foods. Avoid all GMOs. If it doesn’t say USDA Organic and/or Non GMO Project verified, then in all likelihood it has GMOs in it. The more local you can buy via farmer’s markets, the better.

Raw vs. Cooked Foods

You want your food to be as close as possible to being straight out of the ground and fresh. Raw, live foods have much more energy, enzymes and nutrients. Raw vegetables have a measurable aura and are loaded with “life-force.”

If you do choose to cook, use organic coconut oil , grapeseed oil or olive oil. Don’t eat anything that has been fried, sauteed or baked with any other oils than these. Avoid eating burned or “blackened” foods.

Abstain from Alcohol

I also recommend abstaining from all alcohol until your issue goes away. All forms of alcohol cause acidity in the body.

Superfoods

Superfoods are foods that have a very high nutrient-to-weight ratio. Some of the most commonly available ones are acai berries, goji berries, cacao powder, seaweed, chia seeds, mangosteen, spirulina, chlorella, moringa, hemp hearts, nutritional yeast, black garlic, quinoa, matcha green tea, ginger, wheatgrass, coconut oil, cilantro, turmeric, dandelion greens, and avocado. I encourage you to incorporate as many of these as you can into your diet. Fermented foods such as kombucha and kimchi are highly recommended as well.

Additional recommendations to help you with your food selections

Read the book called The China Study, mentioned above, if you haven't. Also recommended are Mad Cowboy and The Enzyme Factor. I recommend avoiding eating in restaurants until your issue goes away. Restaurant food is rarely organic, and it’s pretty much impossible to avoid GMOs. A great phone app to help with grocery shopping is called Fooducate. Read the labels and understand what the ingredients are. Become a label hawk.

CESIUM CARBONATE

Advanced Scientific Health - Cesium Carbonate: Daily, anytime of day. 1 gram dissolved in 1 fluid oz of ionized water. Take 1 gram per 50 lbs of body weight. We recommend starting with just 1 gram at first for maybe a couple of days and work up to 2 or 3 grams daily depending on your body weight. Use only after thoroughly studying. It’s very alkalizing and very good at detoxing. Combined with the ionized water it is very potent. It is extremely important to supplement extra potassium and magnesium when taking the cesium carbonate. It will really deplete your body of those two minerals. It’s really the only thing contained in this protocol that you have to be careful about. If you experience any heart palpitations at all, take more magnesium and potassium immediately.

FRANKINCENSE ESSENTIAL OIL

Try anywhere from 6-20 total drops of Frankincense oil swallowed in vegan or vegetarian capsules throughout the day. I suggest size “00” to hold the most drops in one capsule. This can only be done with high-quality, therapeutic grade essential oils that are labeled as a supplement intended for internal use. The vast majority of essential oils on the market are adulterated with cheaper ingredients, extracted with toxic hexane, and not fit for internal consumption. I also recommend putting frankincense oil in an essential oil diffuser and placing it near your favorite chair during the day and near your bed at night.

COFFEE ENEMAS

Coffee enemas are one of the absolute best ways to detox. The caffeine goes directly to the liver and stimulates it to produce more bile and flush toxins out of the body. Caffeine ingested orally that has to pass through the digestive system does not have the same effect. The ionized water, cesium carbonate, vegetable juice, supplements, etc. all flush lots of toxins out of your cells and back into your system. This can make you feel really bad at first, but coffee enemas will help to speed up toxin elimination so you feel better sooner. Boil 3 tablespoons of organic coffee in a quart of water for about 20 minutes. Then add enough water to bring it back to 1 quart and get it to about body temperature. Put into enema kit. Add a drop or two of frankincense essential oil.

The best place to do a coffee enema is in the bathtub or on a bunch of towels on the bathroom floor. Lie on one side and start the enema. Once the quart is all in, remain on that side for 6 minutes. Then, roll over to your other side and stay there for another 6 minutes. Then expel into the toilet, using a step stool or small trashcan to raise your feet up for better elimination. I recommend you do this one or more times daily at first, then 2 to 3 times per week. After your issue is gone, a recommended frequency for maintenance is once or twice monthly. Coffee enemas will deplete your body of minerals, so it is advised to ingest some Himalayan or Real Salt® when doing them, and take some extra potassium and magnesium if you are doing the cesium carbonate.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS

Supplements as directed on bottle including the following. These are all whole-plant, whole-food, non-fractionated supplements. They are much more bio-available than synthetic supplements. Beyond what is listed below, in general stay away from synthetic and/or fractionated supplements, and always go for capsules over tablets. Organic vitamins and minerals from plants are much more bio-available than synthetic versions. Take as many of these as you can.

Advanced Scientific Health Master Formula II: Great complement to the cesium carbonate, good source of potassium and magnesium. Potassium and Magnesium supplements are critical with the use of cesium carbonate.

Team New Earth – Body and Mind: Blue-green algae super foods with oodles of nutrients. Very powerful stuff.

Enriching Gifts Sterol Max: First thing in the morning, one hour before anything else but water. Helps your immune system and helps your body build cells.

Enriching Gifts Complete Vitamins Plus: Best multi.

Enriching Gifts Metabolic Complete: Great nutrients and another top-notch anti-oxidant.

An extra potassium and magnesium supplement because of the cesium carbonate. More Master Formula II can provide this too.

BioClinic Naturals Methylcobalaimin B12: Necessary when on a vegan diet because the soil in the US is depleted of B12 and it is the only nutrient you can't currently get from plant foods, at least in this country. Best one available.

GET OUTSIDE AND SWEAT

Sun, Sweat and Exercise. Drink enough ionized water to re-hydrate. Recommended at least 20 minutes daily of both sun and exercise, preferably more. Exercise is critical to activate your lymphatic system, which is part of how you detox. If walking try to do a fast walk. Sweating is important for detoxing as well.

MASSAGES

Massages can help with detoxing too. What better time to make it a point to get them on a regular basis?

SHOWER FILTER

Having a shower filter is very important. It’s more important to filter your shower water than your drinking water. When showering you are using a whole lot more water and your skin soaks up the toxins like chlorine, fluoride, metals, etc. more than you would from the amount you drink in a day. If the water is hot not only are your pores open more so you absorb more, but the steam carries those toxins straight into your lungs. The water ionizers have a filter. However, using a bigger, better pre-filter so the water is very clean before it even gets to the machine is even better. Regarding water in your house, a whole-house filter system is always going to be best. In the very least, I recommend filtering your drinking water and shower water.

SCALAR ENERGY/EMF PROTECTION

I also recommend using some scalar energy products. They help your body’s electrical system work more efficiently, and they help shield your body from EMF radiation that interferes with your body’s natural electrical impulses. Both of these things will be beneficial to your immune system. A good pendant separates red blood cell clusters much the same way the ionized water machine micro-clusters water molecules. This makes your blood cells work most efficiently. (The Plant enzymes I recommended above will help with that as well.) I also recommend you place a good scalar energy sticker on the back of your cell phone. And – this one is hard -- limit your use of your phone and try to keep it at least six inches away from your body whenever possible and use an earpiece when possible. Try not to use your phone when it is showing fewer than three bars of signal because the phone will emit more radiation to communicate with the weaker signal.

AIR PURIFIERS

I recommend you use an air purifier / ionizer because, of course, the air you breathe is a component of your overall health as well. Filter out smoke, dust, allergens, etc. so your immune system does not have to deal with it. You want it giving its full attention to the major issue it is dealing with.

OIL PULLING

Daily oil pulling is an excellent way to detox. Get a spoonful of raw organic coconut oil and put a couple of drops of antimicrobial oil on it. Put in mouth and swish around teeth and gums for 20 minutes. Even 10 minutes is good. Do not swallow because it will have pulled out a lot of toxins. Spit it out and rinse you mouth, preferably with warm Himalayan/Real Salt® water. Brush your teeth afterwards. This is best done first thing in the morning before ingesting anything else, but it can be done any time of day.

HUMIDIFIER

Use a humidifier with 11.5 pH ionized water in it. This is subtle, but will help the body alkalize a little more.

CHAPARRAL TEA

Chaparral tea can be added to the mix also. It has been shown to be beneficial by itself, but drinking it while implementing the other recommendations will complement the overall regimen. It is NOT recommended for use by anyone with liver or kidney issues.

ACV

If you can handle the flavor, a shot or two of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar daily is very healthy and very alkalizing. If you don’t like it by itself, then add it to your salads.

PERSONAL CARE AND CLEANING PRODUCTS

I encourage you to become a total label hawk. Start to research and understand what is in not only the foods you buy but your personal care and cleaning products as well. Avoid the pharmacy and cleaning sections of the grocery store. Get your toothpaste, cosmetics, deodorant (not antiperspirants, which contain aluminum), shampoo, soap, etc. in the healthy living section of the grocery store, a health food store, or online. And even then you have to be a label hawk. Use natural laundry detergent because it leaves residue on your clothes and your skin absorbs it. Make natural cleaning products or use products made with natural ingredients.

The best place to research the ingredients in cosmetics and personal care products and see how your favorite products measure up is the Environmental Working Group's Skin Deep Cosmetics Database. An excellent book I recommend you take time to read is called Not Just a Pretty Face: The Ugly Side of the Beauty Industry. I also recommend you totally overhaul what you use in your kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.

COOKWARE AND FOOD STORAGE

Don’t eat food that has been cooked in aluminum or Teflon pans. Titanium is best to use but most expensive. Ceramic is next best followed by stainless steel or iron skillet probably. Avoid having your food and water come in contact with aluminum or plastic. Don’t buy canned food, especially anything with tomatoes. Store your food in glass containers whenever possible.

MICROWAVE OVENS

Do not use a microwave for anything and don’t eat any food that has been heated in one. If someone else is using one, leave the room until it has stopped. Use a toaster oven or infrared oven instead.

SYNTHETIC MATERIALS

All synthetic materials off-gas toxins. This includes your couch, your carpet, your mattress, your pillow, etc. Your pillow is the most critical because it is closest to your nostrils and mouth for long periods of time and you are breathing in anything it is emitting. Try to eliminate synthetic materials from your life as you can and switch to natural materials. Start with your pillow.

CANNABIS OIL

If you are in a medical and/or recreational marijuana state, get some cannabis oil and start using it. Smoking cannabis isn’t good enough to help your issue; only the concentrated oil will do it. It shouldn’t be smoked anyway, only vaporized or cooked in food. Smoking it causes the ingestion of toxins from the burning. It is also good for helping with de-stressing and relaxation.

ADDITIONAL READING

FINAL THOUGHTS/WRAPPING IT UP

Regarding other natural remedies, anything is going to contribute a little. There are certainly more things that could be added to this list. This list is already more than enough to provide the boost your immune system needs, though.

Eliminate as many sources of stress from your life as you possibly can. This is also critical. Stress could be at least half of your problem. I recommend using essential oils to help with this. Turn off your TV. Leave it alone until your issue is gone. Or for good. Not only is it a source of much negative energy, but the alpha waves it emits are not your friend at all.

If you were to go all-in hardcore and follow all of these recommendations 100%, you might only need to do it for about 1 to 3 months for your immune system to take care of your problem. After that, you would just want to retain as many of these habits as you can for maintenance. In general, what is needed is for the best possible nutrition to enter your body, the elimination of sources of toxins in your food, personal care & cleaning products, and detoxification of contaminants that are already in your body. You will literally transform your body at the molecular and cellular level. This is what is going to put your immune system into the best possible shape and allow it to do its job the way it was designed to.

Everything you ingest that is not a nutrient will require attention from your immune system. Eliminate that as much as possible and let your immune system devote its full attention to the main problem. You don't want to tie up your white blood cells having to deal with chemicals and other contaminants from things you are eating and putting on your skin. This can clear up many issues at the same time. When you heal the body from the inside out, many problems go away.

I strongly recommend no chemo and no radiation. Your own immune system will clear up pretty much anything with the right fuel, but it can't save you from chemo or radiation. Radiation and chemo can have short-term success but are both carcinogenic and can cause more problems in the long run. Nutrition is a much better approach. Chemo and radiation are poisons, and you can't heal with poison. The chemicals can be successful at keeping symptoms at bay, but they will never address the underlying problem. Chemo and radiation damage the immune system and just don’t have a good long-term record. You want to build up your immune system. There’s mountains of research done on this, including some of the books and videos I’ve recommended above. Do your homework.

Do not get any vaccinations. Vaccines weaken your natural immune system, which is the exact opposite of what you need.

Some final food for thought: EVERYTHING is made of energy and has a frequency. A healthy body will measure around 70 megahertz. A cancerous body will measure around 40 megahertz. The death process begins around 25 megahertz. You want to ingest things that are high frequency. Raw, organic vegetables are high frequency. Essential oils range from 50 megahertz or so to as high as 320 megahertz. Processed foods, prescription drugs, chemotherapy drugs and over-the-counter medications have a frequency close to 0 megahertz.

It’s critical that you know that you CAN beat this. If you know and believe that, you are halfway there already. If you go into it from a position of knowing that you’ve already beat it and the protocol is just additional support, then that’s the way it actually is. Thoughts are things and we manifest our reality with what we think. If you pray, rather than asking to beat it, try thanking God or the universe for already having beaten it. And believe that to be true.
